Just $19.95 (plus shipping) or $17.95 for members.  Ships Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Volume 5 presents detailed instruction in the performance of the ten Tachi-uchi no Kurai of Eishin-Ryu. These are partner exercises (often called katachi) for practicing the attack-and-defense techniques embodied in the waza in Volumes 1 through 4. The katachi are performed with bokken (wooden swords) to develop the technique, timing and footwork needed to defend against full-speed, full-power attacks, and are shown actual speed, as well as slow-motion, from different camera angles, so all details can be observed and practiced.
